用途:本机是造纸实验室用12升水力碎浆机.利用废纸造纸时，须将废纸充分疏解。ZT12-00 型水力碎纸机主要由转子、槽体、加热圈、温度控制仪、机架等组成。转子在槽体内高速旋转，使纸浆在槽体中作回转运动，槽体中有一挡板对浆流的回转有一定的阻碍作用，浆料在槽内形成激烈的湍流循环。由于叶轮翼的撕扯及浆料内部不同速度液流层的湍动，产生强烈的摩擦作用，使纸料在水中疏解，纤维互相分散。

ZT12-00 aquapulper is made up of plug rotor, trough, heating enclosing, temperature controller, framework, etc. The plug rotor is rotated with a high speed in the trough, make pulp turn round among the trough, there is a baffle that has certain hindrance on gyration that palms liquid flows in the trough, pulp forms fierce turbulence circulation in the trough. Because tearing and different moving speed, strong friction is produced, this make paper material decongest among water, fibers were scattered.
